Friday September 22nd Announcements

Grade 12 students ONLY can now pick-up a Parking Pass Application form in the Students Services office.  Completed & signed applications are due to Ms. Daigle inn Students Services on Monday, September 25th.

Our September Newsletter is now posted on our school website.  Simply click on the “Our School” tab at the top and then click on “News”.  Paper copies are also available in the main office.

Athletics

1) The boys soccer game that was scheduled for tonight has been postponed.This game will now take place on Monday, September 25th at 4pm at Burnside.
2) Good luck to the football team as they look to stay undefeated as they host JLI on Saturday at 4pm.  Students who purchased a new football tshirt get in for free.  Admission without a tshirt is $2.
3) Members of the boys volleyball team are reminded to get their fees and forms in to Mr. Wilcox by Tuesday at lunch in order to be eligible to play in their first game. 
4) Members of the baseball team are reminded to get their fees and forms in to Mr. Wilcox by Tuesday.  If you missed the meeting yesterday you need to get the required forms from Mr. Wilcox.
5) Congrats to the gr. 9 boys soccer team as they opened their season with a 2-1 win over Brookside yesterday.  Carson Baker and Joe Maynard scored the goals.
6) Any gr. 9 students interested in trying out for the Boys and Girls flag football teams are asked to sign up outside the gym by the end of the day today.
7) The girls soccer team came out with a big 2-0 win over Auburn, with goals from Claire L and Lauren F. Our next game is Tuesday, 4pm on the Mainland versus Halifax West--come on out and support the team. No Practice on Monday, pay attention to announcements for our next game.

DELF registration: important information for grade 12 FI students
Grade 12 FI students who are interested in participating in the DELF exams this year are asked to complete the following google forms by 4:00 Friday, September 15:  (to be completed by each interested student) - https://goo.gl/forms/e4NRZnbvRxC22Q0A3
Please note, this will be the ONLY time students may express their interest, so if in doubt, they should complete the form.  If students do not fill out the form, there will be no opportunity to add them later.  Please Note: Student names and current email addresses are required so that registration links and information may be sent to them directly prior to live registration.
